    This beautiful apartment in Avignon is ideal for a holiday with family or friends. Freshly renovated in January 2026, this spacious 100 m² apartment welcomes you in a bright and modern setting.
    Located in the Jacques Monod area, you'll enjoy a peaceful environment while being just a 10-minute walk from the famous ramparts and the vibrant historic center. For your comfort during the summer season, recently installed air conditioning is available in the common living areas (living/dining room and hallway leading to the bedrooms) to ensure a cool and pleasant stay.

    The sleeping area has been designed for everyone's comfort with four inviting bedrooms.

    The first bedroom has a double bed (140x190 cm), as do the second and third bedrooms, each offering a double bed (140x190 cm) for restful nights.

    The fourth bedroom, also furnished with a double bed (140x190 cm), has an added bonus: direct access to the balcony.

    Bed linens and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

    To prepare your Provençal specialties, you will have a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, and dishwasher.
    The accommodation has two bathrooms, making it easy for your group to organize their meals, and a Nespresso coffee machine (capsules) is available for your mornings. A washing machine is also available, a real plus for longer stays.

    Please note that the accommodation does not have Wi-Fi.
