There is a fun game room with pool table and video games. A beautiful 360’ view from all 4 porches surrounding the home. Enjoy the 7person hot tub from the back porch.

The property was very large with some unusual rooms. Large kitchen and two dining rooms were great for our group of nine ranging in age from 10 - 83. The kitchen didn't have a toaster and we were not aware that the coffee maker was only a Keurig type.

We had very good trip to the Avoca/Hornell area. The home was clean and comfortable and the owner was responsive to messages throughout our stay. This is a good place for 5 to 8 people. It is very large and there is a lot of room to spread out.
