「First of all we were told to arrive at Hotel Flora by Paulo to check in and then be transported to the room. No one at Hotel knew of Paulo and told us we couldn’t park there. I called Paulo and got a guy named Danielle. He came to Hotel Flora in a golf cart to get us and our luggage. I followed him in our rental car to free parking because I asked for it and he did help me park the car. When we got at Hotel National Dependance we paid for the room and then given a set of keys to a room...

「 The hotel staffer is nice, very helpful and we can communicate with each other in English. The hotel is close to train station and town centre but it takes a little time to locate it. The hotel sign board is quite small and not so easy to identify. There is an Asian restaurant next to the hotel which I enjoy having food there. The hotel is located on the 2nd floor of the building and there is no elevator. I appreciate and thank that the hotel staffer gives me a helping hand to deliver luggage...
