“Great location. Large room with all the facilities.”

“It's a beautiful hotel indeed, with a lot to offer: a historical embience, elegant decor, spacious rooms, convenient location (both Duomo & Fontana di Diana are within a 10-min walk), simple yet adequate breakfast.... But all these good qualities are offset by a lack of maintenance of its facilities (shower head that seems like breaking down and keeps leaking water from its handle, air conditioner that shuts itself down within 30 mins of operation...) . Service-wise the front desk is only……

“There is no breakfast on offer The description said there was a rooftop terrace, there was not, and when I asked about it, I was very rudely rebuffed, saying it is only for certain rooms and not mine. The manager was surly and acted as if it was an imposition to be dealing with guest. He was there for check-in and then disappeared. Check out is at 10 and he will not keep your luggage later than 12 as he will not be there. There was no information about the password for the free Wi-Fi anywhere,……

“We had a wonderful time! Our room was very clean and it was nice to be able to leave our luggage so we could venture out in town. Staff was very friendly ☺️”

“Maria, Andrea, Derique and his wife (with a very old dog) were delightful hosts, who made every effort to make a stay pleasant! The hotel is very well located right in the center of the town (a bit challenging to drive to, if you have car!). And, breakfast was always great, with plenty of freshly made cappuccinos.”

“ The hotel staffer is nice, very helpful and we can communicate with each other in English. The hotel is close to train station and town centre but it takes a little time to locate it. The hotel sign board is quite small and not so easy to identify. There is an Asian restaurant next to the hotel which I enjoy having food there. The hotel is located on the 2nd floor of the building and there is no elevator. I appreciate and thank that the hotel staffer gives me a helping hand to deliver luggage……

“The apartment was really nice. It was decorated with very good taste. They left plenty of coffee and sugar. Plenty of snacks, and utensils to use. You could tell they went the extra mile to make sure you had everything you would need. Great location in the town, and easy to get in and out if you are going to Syracusa.”
