“Absolutely awful. Dont care how desperate you are, DONT BOOK HERE! Seaguls nesting outside your security locked window (you can open the window two inches). The smell coming from the outside of the room from bird mess was over powering. If your on the second floor the heat in the room unbearable. The 2 inch dust on the curtains and the black dots throughout the bedding, makes you sleep with your clothes on. Ive requested a refund, but it takes 10days for someone to get back to you. Dont do it is……

“Did not have breakfast was, as the whole stay was full of errors, discrepancies.”

“The hotel was pretty good for what we needed. The location was perfect for the the gig we were visiting and location for the beach”

“Unfortunately I stayed on a Monday/ Tuesday when the bar and restaurant are closed so cannot give a review of any amenities. The room key was in a key lock external to the property. Room was clean and tidy and would definitely stop again but not on the days the bar / restaurant are closed.”

“It's for a basic stay, the place is dated, but beds are really comfortable and clean. Bathroom is spotless, also they provide soap and shampoo in little sachets. Staff was super responsive! Really on top of things. We needed to switch one fan and someone came to our room in 2 mins. The bonus for us was the we needed to leave early and the manager arranged for us to have packed omelettes! We are very grateful for it.”

“It was wonderfully appointed. We had a bedroom at the back, a beatiful setting! So quiet! We didn’t see the staff much, but when we did they were really helpful. We would definitely stay again. I”

“You have to pay for internet in room, I was lucky they upgraded me , but my so called internet room is just a room happen to receive signal from the lobby. The staffs are great and kind, room is old. Carpark is 5 pound per night, walk 10 Mins to town 15 mins to pier and beach. Check in time is crazy 4pm and check out time is 10am , late check out at 11am is 10 pounds extra. Personally I can't stand of it, but didn't know until I got there. ”

“Great reception and sorted parking. Room was very smelly like old sweat. Sheets were clean and tidy but the carpet need changing it in a manky state. Bathroom clean and tidy but vinyl needs changing as it doesn't fit properly. Good enough for me to lay my head but I was out of there early as I was not going to be hanging around in that room.”
