「Schönes großes Zimmer und Bad. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Großer Parkplatz. Nicht viel in der Umgebung fußläufig zu erreichen.」

「早餐十分美味，泊車方便，環境寧静。」

「We found all staff so friendly and helpful. Entering the hotel gave a feeling of relaxation comfort and homely. Variety of food choices giving tasty evening meals and breakfast although I thought it too much to charge an extra £10 each for a fried breakfast whereas other hotels it’s included in the room cost. Our room was very comfortable with a superb shower」

「Great service given an upgrade which was amazing. Will definitely stay again.」

「⭐ Very poor hygiene & disappointing service I stayed here with my two children, aged 2 and 9, and was shocked to find visible blood stains on two mattresses in our room. This falls well below basic hygiene standards and is completely unacceptable for anyone staying there, especially young children. It is clear the room was not properly checked or cleaned before we arrived. I reported the issue immediately to staff at the hotel, and followed up through the official channels to raise a formal...

「Lovely house in a fantastic area. Mudeford is such a lovely place, 2nd time staying here now and will definitely be back again」

「這次入住體驗一般，一天前發送的酒店信息都沒有回覆，入住前到了4小時讓我們等。到了3點自己去問才開始問有沒有清潔好，完全沒有人跟進。這次感覺前台人員都是新人」

「Good value for money I would go back」

「The hotel was quite dated but rooms were clean and staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good.」

「The entry code system was a joke sadly we had to make contact for the code, after going out to dinner code did not let us in … another phone call. Toilet flushed when we arrived ,but sadly it was only time , we reported it many times from Wednesday evening until we left Friday morning after a cold miserable night, we left a very smelly blocked toilet.. still not flushing ! This was a totally rubbish stay.」

「Good price including breakfast.」

「It’s so refreshing to wake up to see the view of the Solent on a clear day and the waves lapping on the edges of the beach. The mature trees close to the Beach House truly gave a feeling of well being when one is close to nature. The Beach House holds a history of achievement firstly with the original residents, the Siemens’s family. The staff were friendly & very helpful. Breakfast choices are varied and the cooked option was freshly made. Our room was larger than expected and comfortable....

「A small room that facing main road. Only 1 towel provided for each guest.」
