Spectacular mountain retreat

What a wonderful place right next to all the action that Beavercreek has to offer. This condo has everything you need and want. Beautiful views and cozy furnishings for apres ski make this place so great. The proximity to the base of the mountain makes this location incredible. We loved our time here.

Family wedding weekend

This Kiva property was a perfect accommodation for our family to celebrate a relative’s wedding weekend at Beaver Creek. It was spacious, comfortable, and convenient to everything. We loved being in the area in the summer and we’d love to come back for some skiing too.

Great location with easy access to base area for skiing. Very spacious and comfortable. Well-stocked with plenty of dishes and appliances -- even a wine fridge.

The complex was good and the condo fits our need. The only weird thing is a large heavy equipment was parked at the entrance to the driveway blocking half of it. It is passable for one car, but you'll have to be careful maneuvering around it. Property manager was very accommodating with our check in due to a 2yo toddler. Really appreciate!

So spacious and beautiful

We stayed with a group of 7 but there was definitely room for me. I loved the loft and all of the outdoors space. Plus the beds were so comfy. We were there for a summer wedding and got to park our car and just walk everywhere. I’m so grateful the condo exceeded expectations.
