Savor your morning coffee on your private back deck, which features golf, mountain, and valley views, before going back inside to get ready for your own tee time. Visiting during the winter? The golf course becomes a nordic ski track for the season and you're five miles from Beaver Creek and just under eight miles from Vail. No matter what time of year, you’ll be comfortable inside the condo. Relax in front of the gas fireplace in the living room while the chef takes advantage of the updated, fully-equipped kitchen. When it’s time to eat, there’s room for six around the convivial round dining table, or pop back out onto the deck for dinner if the weather is nice. Downstairs in the finished basement you’ll find the playroom/den, with a comfy couch and flatscreen TV, as well as toys for the kids. When it’s time to call it a night, three comfortable bedrooms, including one especially for the kids, round out the home. End the day as it began, on your lovely deck, watching the stars come up over the golf course.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
