Cook up a meal in the fully equipped kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, generous counter space, and a dining area that seats six.

Both bedrooms offer cozy queen beds, and the primary suite includes an en-suite bath with a walk-in shower. Step onto your private balcony to take in river views, listen to the peaceful sounds of the Eagle River, or fire up the gas grill for an outdoor meal. Additional amenities include an in-unit washer and dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi, and portable A/C for warmer days. Assigned parking is available for two vehicles. This unit is located on the second floor. Elevators are not available.

The condo does have portable air-conditioning in the living room.

2 dogs welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.

Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
