We loved this VRBO, insanely spacious, amazing proximity to Vail and Beaver Creek, traveling with kids it was a huge bonus to have outdoor space and a private hot tub as well! The neighborhood is so peaceful and quiet. 10/10 recommend and would stay again, perfect for families or friends!

A total win!

What a great find, we could not have been happier with this spot. The space is super new and clean with a ton of room. We were a party of 7 and all had lots of space. The bedrooms are large and separate from each other so there was lots of privacy. The home was easy to find, it was snowing and the roads, driveway and paths were clear. We loved that we were between Beavercreek and Vail, close to town but still in the mountains. We loved the hot tub, and that all the things we could possibly need were there. Plenty of towels and linens and a full kitchen to easily cook full meals. The home was warm and cozy despite being a lot of space and the wood burning fireplace made hanging out after skiing so comfortable. It was a total win and the entire party was happy. Will definitely stay here again. Thanks so much!

Spacious Comfy & Great Location

Spent 5 nights, Denver fam of 6. 3 flrs w/ 2 bedrooms on 2nd floor (1 queen & 1 w 2 queens or fulls), share a hall bathrm, Mster 1st fl w/ ensuite bath. Large Basement was key w/ 2nd mini kitchenette (refrig, sink, cabinets).2nd family room w TV, game table. Basement bedroom 2 queen beds and full bathroom. Laundry. BIG space great for teens, 2nd family. There was plenty of room for us to spread out & have privacy. Beds are super comfy and quality pillows. Everything newly updated. Kitchen is VERY well stocked -we cooked 3 nights. Can tell owners are cooks and like things orderly. Loved the front hall closet and LOTS of hooks for ski cloths and equip. Place is located on quiet street -on lovely neighborhood Golf Course which you can cross country ski or hike. Couple miles from Avon & Beaver Creek (2 grocery stores within 2-3 miles). Vail is l6/7 miles away but easy drive. We love Eagle Vail and used to rent a seasonal condo there for 10 years. It's just a great location and right off I-70. The Hot Tub is brand new, wonderful - out on deck off Living Room. My only comment is they didn't offer HT towels or extra towels. We live in Denver so brought our own large Beach towels and (Flip Flops - which I Rec doing to cross the snowy deck).Prop Manager was very professional & responsive to all ques (how to useTV). She answered immediately and fixed every problem quickly. And she gave us a Late Check out. We will be BACK! Loved this place!
