SEMI-OCEANFRONT Avon – Ocean View Dr. – Spaciousness, comfort and carefree living rule at SEA QUEEN, a seven-bedroom/six-full and one-half bath home located just steps from the ocean’s edge. Build castles in the sand before returning to your own vacation kingdom and repeat: it’s good to be queen (or king!).

Here’s why. SEA QUEEN eases you into relaxation mode the minute you arrive. In addition to the beach, there’s a private pool to enjoy sun-filled hours. A four-person hot tub stands nearby, ready to soothe your body and free your mind. Multiple decks give you every reason to witness the sunrise as well as enjoy the evening as it drifts in on a light breeze. Later, when you are ready to drift off to sleep, the home’s seven bedrooms, all featuring Smart TVs, offer a private retreat. A bedroom with two single beds, along with a bedroom featuring a single bunk and a single bed occupy the ground level and share a full hallway bath. Four queen masters, all with ensuite baths, are located on the second level. The final bedroom, a king master with an ensuite bath featuring a workstation and a slider to a private deck is located on the top level.

It's here on the top level where SEA QUEEN lets you hold court with family and friends under soaring cathedral ceilings. Start your mornings with coffee at the five-seat breakfast counter that fronts a bright, well-equipped kitchen. There’s a six-seat dining table to accommodate family dinners, too. The great room offers plenty of plush seating to watch the Smart TV or engage in family game night of cards at the game table. A large screened-in porch allows you to take in the sea air and the wonderful views, no matter the weather.
