"I would stay there again"

"Great staff at check-in. No hot water in the morning though, so that started our day off on a less than best foot. Valet guys were amazing and very friendly. Would stay again. "

"Resort food/drinks were pricy but nothing crazy. Pools and hot tubs were nice (adult and non-adult). Our favorite restaurant was Centro but Prado had a good vibe (Crave was great for a quick coffee/snack). If you go be sure to take advantage of gelato happy hour. Most of the resort had a great view as well."

"The room was great. There needs to be a VERY CLEAR phone number to call for the shuttle from the airport. That was frustrating. The number I called went to VM. :(. I had to cal the main Hilton number and talk to somebody in another country who asked me a million questions that didn’t matter before SHE could connect me to the hotel. Frustrating. "
