「The room facilities were quite outdated. The fabric sofa was badly worn and even torn. The air-conditioning control panel on the wall did not work at all. In addition, the sink was clogged, and the bathtub faucet kept dripping continuously. Overall, the room was not well maintained and did not meet expectations.」

「It was the worst experience」

「Took several pictures. Spa out of order. Gym out of order. Arrived and assigned room was not clean yet. No cleaning staff at night so no other room that matched ours. No spare rolling cots for smaller room. Smaller room reassigned to was also dirty (but not to same extent and tired of going up and down to bother the 1 and only staff onsite). Figured out what the smell was lingering in 2nd room and disposed of article. Don’t stay with your kids here. Parking was the only positive to report out.」

「One star for the staff. They were always friendly and helpful. No stars for: overall poor condition of the premises, especially the elevator. Buttons on 3rd floor were wired incorrectly. Hotel rear entry door was never locked. Room was subpar also: inconsistent key card reader (had keys changed multiple times), air flow / fan not working in bathroom, air conditioner was extremely loud and clanky, and miscellaneous quality issues (dents, dings, chipped paint, stained carpet, etc.).」

「Don't stay here, the room was dirty ( crumbs all over the carpet, drinks stain on tables, night stands) the person that checked me in was not nice at all.」
