「Nestled in a tranquil village, this unique cave hotel offers a warm and inviting atmosphere. The friendly and welcoming staff make you feel right at home. The delicious breakfast is a highlight, and the hotel’s rich history adds to its allure. The owner, a genuinely caring person, goes above and beyond to ensure your satisfaction. 」

「It's a nice looking characteristic building. Very good bathroom. The staff are helpful. The most attractive part is the buffet breakfast. It's absolutely sumptuous!」

「Not much service was available. We arrived with 3 luggage’s and no one was at the front door to help us bring in the luggages. When we checked into the room, it was different from the photos that were advertised at the time of the booking. We tried to talk to the front desk but they just rudely ignore the comment and mentioned that all rooms in the hotels were all the same. We had to call hotels.com to help us sort out the issue, which the staff at hotels.com helped and finally assisted us to...

「Great property staff is very helpful and there when you need them.Property is walking distance to town with a few interesting things to do but you have a lot of hills so good walking shoes a must」

「Very high quality suite room and helpful staff. Really well organised hotel and close to all sites and secure . Our room had nice views of the hills nearby as well. Very comfortable room which was great after long days of walking and discovering. Definitely will stay there again next time.」

「Fantastic view of the Ortahisar Castle from the hotel. 10 min uphill walk (not on google maps) to Ortahisar town center with ATMs, restaurants, markets, a car rental place and to climb the castle. Hotel will arrange airport drop off/pick up and activities for you Do not over-do cave dwelling - one night is enough if you have to. Do not use the meal delivery service. 」

「The road to the hotel is so broken that you can’t access carrying your luggage. The restaurant staff are very impolite.」

「My husband and I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and overall enjoyed our stay because it has amazing views, unique experience being an actual cave hotel and nice breakfast on the terrace with lovely personnel. I think it's important to mention that it would be great to have a clear signage about where to get checked in and also the rest room for people who can't be checked in yet or already checked out but waiting for time to depart.」

「Incredible service!」

「natural cave hotel, staffs provide family-like service. lovely experience here.」
