"This hotel is advertised as a 4-star property, but in reality it feels closer to a 2-star experience. Not sure why Expedia allows this kind of misrepresentation. They also claim to offer valet service, but there was no one available at any point during my stay—so don’t count on that. If you’re expecting anything resembling luxury or convenience, you’ll be disappointed. The only reason to stay here is if you’re trying to save money and are okay with very basic accommodations. Otherwise, I’d strongly recommend looking elsewhere."

"One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. What I thought would be a typical hotel was an attentive and friendly General Manager with a staff to match! Everyone took care of guests like they were hosting in their own homes. I can’t wait to come back to Baltimore "

"Clean rooms. Staff wasn’t overly welcoming and didn’t go out of their way, just average. They didn’t provide enough towels, always had to ask for more. Attached restaurant was terrible, always out of basic items and service was slow, didn’t match expectations based on their website. Room was very big, but one half of the curtain didn’t work, so we could only open half the blind. Also storage was a bit of an issue, for such a large room it didn’t offer much. Overall a good experience, but not amazing. "

"Easy parking and check in. Nice walk to pratts ale house and cfg bank arena. Hotel could use some updates of tech and overall look. Could also reopen the restaurant and upgrade the breakfast. Overall it was an ok stay it worked out for our concert really well. Was a little pricey for what you get, but you pay for convenience."
