阿姆斯特丹布雷特附近酒店

“Clean rooms. Spacious. Had a view. Nice bed. Liked the kitchenette. Location was good, in a safe and clean area, a little bit outside of old town. Staff was helpful. Liked the 24h front desk. They let us use the shower room post check-out before heading to the airport, which was great.”

“1.員工友善親切，詢問的問題都可以幫助到我們 2.四人房空間夠大4個29吋打開都還有很大空間 3.唯一缺點是飯店太香了對香味敏感者是困擾 4.連住5晚附近是住宅區所以餐廳食物選擇少但有超市”

“除了沒有早餐以外，一切都很好。飯店附近就是車站也很便利，有電車、火車、捷運。”

“員工非常熱誠服務，餐廳好吃又方便，地點到機場很近。”

“Best place for a family with children.”

“Great stay, Spacious room and bathroom, clean and tidy. Close to number 19 tram station which can take you to many museums such as Van Gogh museum. Breakfast is good. The pillow is way too soft for me, hopefully the hotel will upgrade it soon. Bed is comfortable and XO is already upgrading their mattress floor by floor when we left on 2025.9.30. Not much restaurant nearby the hotel.”

“The hotel location is really good, in a very beautiful park, about 20 mins by walk from the central station. But it's too expensive to rent a bike from the hotel, they charged me 30 Euro per day, unbelievable!”

“Upon arriving I initially gave the space a 5 star rating - it’s adorable! After 3 days stay I need to adjust that downwards unfortunately… There was no hot water in the shower and the mini fridge wasn’t cold. After using the iPad provided for questions/complaints I found a number to call for maintenance but it was late and I simply showered at my daughter’s flat the next day. There was simply no water coming out of the hot water spigot in the shower although the sink worked perfectly. I got a……

“Our room beside the side way”

“All the service is very nice, warm, friendly, welcoming, just looks like a closer friends. :-) And I think the space is very well, because the area is quite clear and big. Feeling so comfortable, I think. And the breakfast is really really good, delicious, well taste, and professional. It’s my second time to came Amsterdam for trips, if I will have trips again, I will always choose this hotel again. It’s quite nice! We from Taiwan, we all appreciate all people in this hotel and……

“沒問題，以下是您描述內容的英文翻譯，語氣自然、適合用於正式投訴或公開評價： --- My family of 6 persons stayed for 4 days. Staff are nice and friendly. Room is quite spacious. Restaurant serving fantastic breakfast. Vibes of the hotel is generally nice. Worse thing is there was mice in the room and when we reported this to the hotel, they seemed used to similar 'incident' being reported as their reply seemed not really concerning. ”

“Everything's nice, especially the view. On average the hotel rates in the Netherlands are higher, the whole package I got is worth every penny. The breakfast is included in my stay and it tastes good, but a bit monotonous.”

“It should be more clearly stated that this is a hotel without staff. Also the room was good but it shouldn’t be stated as a deluxe room (which we booked for). It was just a regular style Ibis room. Apart from that it was clean and comfortable.”

“住宿地點非常方便，前面就有tram站，櫃檯人員很親切，早餐好吃，推薦！”

“Very good breakfast. Convenient location.”
