Horrible Cigarette Smoke Ruined Our Stay
"Our room was filled with cigarette smoke coming from the vents and connecting doors. We had booked a non-smoking room and also read on the website that the building is smoke free. But, when we tried to change rooms, we were told the property was full. Our baby developed a cough and we all had sore ..."

"The location of the hotel suits me perfectly so I could just walk to the destination by 10 min. But there are some silly issues..ie. I was not allowed to dine with outside food in the breakfast hall located in the lobby...and also the the breakfast service is very poor..NO one greets first and then ..."
