"The Hale Luna home was a dream come true. It has five bedrooms. Three in the main house and two in a guest home. All of the views are spectacular. There is a gate in the backyard with direct access to a private beach. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could need. You can go on lovely walks, or drive to shops that are close by. There are also amazing restaurants to choose from. Poipu was a perfect place to stay in Kauai!"

"The proximity to Baby Beach and shops, restaurants was great. The place was clean and roomy, as listed. Unfortunately, the weather was extremely hot when we were there and, as described in the listing, the house doesn't have AC so it was very uncomfortable when we were in the house. The bedroom I was in cooled down about midnight, which was fine with me, but overall the house was too uncomfortable.We also had problems with the circuit breakers tripping 3 or 4 times, for example, when you plugged in the coffee maker and the hot water carafe at the same time.There is also a new induction stove, which we had to scan the QR code on the front of the stove to see how it worked. We did find the 2 induction frying pans that work on the stovetop, but the other pans that are provided in the house don't work with that new stovetop. Providing guests with that info would be greatly appreciated.The host was very responsive with sending out someone to fix the hose in one of the bedroom's swamp coolers. We'd called her a couple of times regarding already so decided to fix the tripped breakers and figure out how the stove worked ourselves."
