"Great room -- very clean, spacious, modern. Very well-equipped kitchen (best I've ever seen in a rental). Self check-in, so there is no management staff on premises -- but they were quick to respond to text messages. We forgot a bunch of hanging clothes when we left, and had to make arrangements for them to be picked up by a friend and brought to us in Golden -- guest services was very accommodating and helpful to make it happen. Only complaint is that the door to an adjoining room allowed noise to come through -- loud talking and laughter from next door was clearly audible at times."

"The staff was amazing. One of my friends had issues with flight cancelations, which led to shuttle rescheduling. And they were happy to help her in any way possible to make sure she was taken care of.
The hot tub was fantastic. The view from the balcony in the room was beautiful. It's not walkable to town, but that didn't impact us at all.
