Die Wohnung war fast wie beschrieben.

Man hätte vielleicht erwähnen sollen, das die Endreinigung noch on Top auf die Übernachtungskosten kommen. 80,- Euro fand ich auch arg übertrieben, dann hätte ich mich vielleicht für eine andere Wohnung entschieden. Das Schwimmbad war nett aber kalt.

Eigentlich zu empfehlen....

Wir haben diese Unterkunft für einen Kurzurlaub gebucht, da "Schöne Ferienwohnung mit Hallenschwimmbad und einer Bio- und Dampfsauna" ausgepriesen war. Leider war zu diesem Zeitpunkt die geplante alljährliche Reinigung. Heißt, für einen Monat geschlossen! :-( Dies sollte man erwähnen! Die Unterkunft, die Lage und der Preis, da kann man nicht meckern; sind zu empfehlen.

Aufenthalt über Silvester 2022

Wohnung war in einem renovierten und sauberen Zustand. Kochbereich etwas dunkel, da mehrere Leuchten defekt. Wohnung wirkt etwas überladen, da zuviele "Stehrümchen". Etwas weniger wäre hier mehr. Kochtöpfe und Anzahl sowie Zustand der Schneidemesser entsprachen nicht dem Standard der anderen Einrichtung. Ansonsten war die Ausstattung komplett und sogar doppelt und dreifach vorhanden. Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Würde das Objekt wieder mieten

Muss man mögen

Es war alles vorhanden, was man in einer Ferienwohnung benötigt. Manches war etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber das Gebäude ist ja auch aus den 70ern. Wer Luxus und Moderne erwartet ist hier falsch. Wir jedoch haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war sauber und man hat einen tollen Blick zur Harzburg-Seilbahn und auf den Wald.

Sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung

Alles ok, Danke an Frau Faruk für Ihre freundliche telefonische Begleitung. Sehr gute Ausstattung der Wohnung. Zwar nicht so dem allerletzten Stand entsprechend und ein bisschen viel Nippes aber alles vorhanden und die sanitären Anlagen top. Vielen Dank. Leider hat es für ein Wochenende nicht mit der Sauna geklappt und wir konnten auch nur einmal schwimmen gehen, aber.. nun ja.

Gute und saubere Unterkunft

Die Wohnung ist nicht die neuste und das Gebäude sicherlich nicht das schönste, aber die Wohnung ist sehr ordentlich und sauber und gut ausgestattet. Ob Gewürze, Spülmaschinen Tabs, Seifen oder Klopapier, alle Verbrauchsmittel waren im Grunde da. Das ist oft ganz anders. Für ein Wochenende zum Rodeln war es wirklich super und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Jederzeit gerne wieder. Es gab ein Kommunikationsfehler was die Bettwäsche angeht. Dies wurde von der Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort sehr souverän und in unserem Sinne gelöst - am späten Abend :o Danke dafür!

Spontaner Kurzurlaub

Charmante, großzügige Wohnung, für vier Personen absolut passende Größe. Küche sehr großzügig ausgestattet, es fehlt an absolut nichts. Wohnraum etwas überheizt, ließ sich nicht regulieren. Vielleicht etwas viele Trockenblumen. Schwimmbad und Kegelbahn hervorragend, ideal bei schlechtem Wetter. Lage ebenfalls hervorragend, alles fußläufig erreichbar. Großeltern und Enkel waren sehr zufrieden, werden dort wieder buchen. Einziger Störfaktor, die Nebenwohnung wurde komplett renoviert, spätestens ab 8Uhr sehr laut, für kleine Kinder nicht so angenehm.

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir wurden mit einem Obstkorb, 2 FL. Sekt und 2x Wasser in einer sehr hübschen sauberen Wohnung empfangen. Der Ausblick vom Balkon war toll. Der Ort selbst ist schön eine Reise wert. Ein Sonnenschirm für den Balkon währe schön gewesen. Leider dürften wir wegen Corona nur 2x ins Hallenbad. Welches sehr schön und sauber war. Abends auf dem Balkon sitzen und unterhalten ist leider nicht möglich (Schall).

Ruhiger Urlaub

Wir waren in diesem Jahr zum 2. Mal hier. Das dort noch immer kein Wlan vorhanden ist, war sehr schlecht und ist nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Weiterhin wurde meine Anfrage, ob Bettwäsche vorhanden ist, gleich als Buchung gewertet und mir dann 40 € in Rechnung gestellt, obwohl wir alles dabei hatten ! Kann die Wohnung als Ferienunterkunft empfehlen, ist sauber und man hat alles was man braucht. Ansonsten war der Urlaub schön, man ist ja den ganzen Tag unterwegs, da sieht man über vieles hinweg. Die kostenlos zu buchende Schwimmhalle ist toll, wir haben diese täglich genutzt. Aufgrund Corona durften nur 8 Personen gleichzeitig in die Schwimmhalle.

Ein schöner Urlaub

Eine sehr schöne große und saubere Ferienwohnung. Es ist alles da was man im Haushalt braucht und wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit. Leider war die Bettwäsche sehr stark parfümiert, so daß wir unsere eigene Bettwäsche aufziehen mussten. Bei der Buchung war nicht angegeben, dass Bettwäsche und Handtücher inclusive sind. Ein WLAN-Zugang wäre gut gewesen. Die Benutzung des Schwimmbades war eines der Highlights. Wir würden die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen und auch gerne wiederkommen, wenn es sich anbietet !! Vielen Dank!

Etwas altertümlich aber ok

Wohnung und Badezimmer sehr geräumig. Check in klappte nicht - falsche Codenummer. Herd streikte . Abgewetzter Teppichboden - aber sauber. Großer Balkon. Viel Geschirr. Insgesamt - geht so . Aber die Größe und die beiden Badezimmer fanden wir schön. Und das kostenlose Schwimmbad.

Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Die Wohn ung und Umgebung ist schön. Es gibt zwei Badezimmer, was von Vorteil ist. Jedoch eines mit Bewegungsmelder, der sich sich nach kurzer Zeit abstellt, auch wenn man noch duscht. Die Küche ist schon etwas älter und der Backofen müsste mal erneuert werden. Ansonsten ist alles ok. Auch das Schwimmbad gefiel uns gut.

Gepflegte Fereinwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung ist geräumig und gut eingerichtet.. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und bei unserer Ankunft war alles sehr sauber. Für uns war auch das Hallenbad sehr wichtig, es ist groß und gepflegt. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in Bad Harzburg und kommen bestimmt wieder.

Super Urlaub

Super Unterkunft, sauber, gepflegt und geschmackvolle Ausstattung. So wie im Inserat beschrieben. Toll war auch das Schwimmbad. Die Betreuung, bzw. der Kontakt vor Ort war freundlich und gut. Als Hinweis möchten wir noch geben, dass leider keine Spiele in der Wohnung sind für einen Spieleabend. Nicht so gut fanden wir, was aber nicht im Ermessen des Vermieters lag, dass am letzten Tag das Wasser (ab 7 Uhr morgens) über den ganzen Tag hin abgestellt wurde. Wir waren froh, dass es unser Abreisetag war. Ab 7 Uhr morgens fanden wir sehr früh. Die Gegend war einfach herrlich, viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten, die gut zu erreichen sind und super Restaurants und Cafés (z.B. Café Winuwuk). Wir können dieses Objekt nur empfehlen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.
