Sehr nettes Personal und sehr gutes Essen. Einrichtung sieht nur ein bisschen nach 1970 aus. Hier und da würde eine renovierung gut tun. Die Liegen sind Liegen sind teilweise durchgelegen und auch die Auflagen rutschen immer wieder weg. Teilweise schlechte Beschriftung der Eingänge, wir waren oft orientierungslos

Eigentlich nur besserer Duchschnitt

Das Zimmer war so Lala und für den Preis doch etwas abgewohnt. Das inklutierte Abendessen war optisch sehr schön an zu sehen aber hat leider nicht immer geschmeckt. Das Frühstücksbuffet dagegen war sehr gut Die Annehmlichkeiten des Thermenbereiches konnte ich leider nicht genießen.

Hotel und hauseigener Thermenbereich wurden offensichtlich kontinuierlich vergrößert. Es ist daher Alles dort, aber für uns wäre Weniger Mehr gewesen. Es hat für ein 4 Stern Superior Hotel nämlich nichts Außergewöhnliches oder Beeindruckendes zu bieten, was in Erinnerung bleibt. Das Personal ist in sämtlichen Bereichen auffallend freundlich und bemüht. Gestört hat uns ein unzumutbares Handtuch-Umtauschsystem. Man konnte nämlich Handtücher nur zur vollen Stunde und nur an einer Stelle in dieser labyrinthartigen und großen Wellnessanlage tauschen. Wenn man diese 5 Minuten Umtauschzeit verpasst, muss man stundenlang mit denselben nasskalten, gebrauchten Sauna-Handtüchern ausharren (das erzeugt Stress). Ebenso werden für manche Standardleistungen wie etwa für die meisten geführten Sauna-Aufgüsse oder selbstgemachten Cafe am Zimmer lächerliche 1 Euro - Beträge eingehoben. Das ist nicht nur umständlich sondern auch eine Zumutung in einem 4 Sterne - Superior Betrieb. Auf so ein Körberlgeld muss ein derartiger Betrieb verzichten können oder preislich einfach und pauschal beim Zimmerpreis miteinrechnen. Das Restaurant, die Bar und die Raucherlounge sind perfekt.
