“We had a wonderful stay during our trip to Baguio! We were a family of 8 and stayed for 3 days in the 3‑bedroom, 2‑bath unit, which was very spacious and comfortable for all of us. The unit had everything we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen, which made our stay even more convenient. The master’s bedroom had a beautiful mountain view that made our mornings even more special. The rooms were very clean and well maintained.
The room attendant was also very friendly and even helped us……

Mr.Nathan has helped us a lot. Housekeeping and all the staff/employees are all courteous and respectful.
The linens are all immaculately clean.
Once we leave the room and request for clean up, within less than 30 minutes,they’re there to make up our room.The drinking water is accessible all the time.
We’re so satisfied with our stay.

“The hotel is not bad. The room my fiance and I got wasn't terrible. It was clean, no need for aircon, the fan kept our room cool. It would've been great if our room had internet, be advised, NO INTERNET IN ALL ROOMS. For the price we should at least have wifi, no one wants to sit in a hallway or lobby just to connect to wifi.
I will say the place feels ancient. Like the 2nd floor outside area geels ligeless. The hround floor lobby was not too bad but the rest of the building felt like it was……

“Stayed here for 4 nights during November and actually upgraded to a deluxe room because not all rooms have a/c.
The room was massive for just one person but I barely used the a/c which is okay I didn’t mind the space.
The breakfast at this hotel is really nice. It’s sort of a mix between Filipino and western options. Also I loved the location which was so conveniently located close to SM mall, secret garden restaurant which is right opposite the hotel and had great food/cute seating.
