「Ein wunderschönes sehr gepflegtes Haus, indem einem an nichts fehlt. Es ist wirklich alles vorhanden. Bettwäsche, Handtücher ….. Schöner umzäunter Garten mit Gartenmöbel, Grill und Überdachung. Wir, Ehepaar mit zwei Hunden wurden herzlich von Sylvia begrüßt und haben uns sofort willkommen und wohl. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt und das wir euer Haus mieten durften. 」

「Ich wollte erstmal nach HDH fahren um einzuchecken, dann bekam ich von Inhaberin eine Mitteilung, dass ich nach Herbrechtingen fahren muss, denn dort ist mein Zimmer und als ich reinkam sah die Wohnung vielversprechend aus. ABER wenn man es genau sieht von Balkon und mein Einzelzimmer, dann sieht man, dass es lieblos zusammengesetzt war, man sah Kabel für das Satellitenfernsehen die nicht sauber verlegt waren, Steckdosen bei dem das Gehäuse nachdem rausziehen des Steckers mit rausgerissen war(!)...

「Schöne große Wohnung, aber alles ist schon etwas abgenutzt. Dafür war das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis sehr gut. Die Vermieterin ist gut erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Die Lage in Dettingen ist gut; Bäcker, Supermarkt und Bahnhof sind mit einem etwas längeren Fußmarsch erreichbar.」
