"The hotel and room were exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated. The room smelled fresh and was spotless. Access to the hotel and room were keyless which is very convenient. The staff were super friendly and professional. The hotel is very close to the metro and is within walkable distance to popular attractions such as Kyoto garden, V&A the Museum and the National History museum. "

"The entire hotel was superb. The very best part? The friendly staff and it is located across the street from the Gloucester Road Underground station. Breakfast was fine and the room was fine for a single guest."

"The staff were very welcoming and courteous. The hotel itself was very clean and being so close to a tube station and the Natural History museum is a big bonus. Our room was very clean, although the only comment to have about the experience was I wis there was more milk and sugar in the rooms as you quickly run out with a single drink and there weren’t any sugars or sweeteners in ours. Otherwise great for our short stay and would come again. "

"Excellent amenities but the friendlies of the staff stood out. From the reception staff, concierge right through to the cleaning staff everyone was friendly and approachable. I don't normally complete review requests but it would have been remiss of me not to have responded. I hope this review will be relayed to everyone concerned as I'm sure they have to deal with no end of challenges on a daily basis. My very best wishes to them all and I'll definitely be back.
