Wonderful agiculture holiday. Location and property excellent!

We (2 of us) had a great time at the property for 7 nights in June 2017. The property is in a great location within easy driving distance of Florence but still in a quite area. We were in the right hand side apartment, it was filled with everything we suposed. The apartment was very spacious and very clean, Maria and Leonardo were both nice to meet. The only thing I might suggest is to consider microwawe, but it is not common in Tuscan kitchens :) We would highly recommend this property and can easily be used for larger families by renting 2 of the apartments in the house. Tuscany is a beautiful area to visit!

Schönes Appartement in der Natur

Saubere und schöne Unterkunft mitten in der Natur mit ollem Swimmingpool. Der nächste größere Ort ist gute 10 Min mit dem Auto entfernt. Nur wenige Meter entfernt gibt es einen kleinen Feinkostladen für das Frühstück sowie eine leckere Trattoria.

Traumhafter Urlaub

Supertolle Wohnung, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, alles da was man braucht. Es waren sogar frische Früchte und frische Eier vom Hof auf dem Tisch. Ein Highlight ist auch der Pool, umgeben von hohen Bäumen so daß auch ein weißer Hai wie ich immer ein Schatten Plätzchen findet.in 20 Minuten ist man in Florenz. Maria Ihr Mann und Ihre Eltern sind supernett. Maria war einige Tage während unseres Urlaubs selber im Urlaub und hat zwischendurch nachgefragt ob alles ok ist. Wir werden wenn wir wieder in die Toskana fahren gerne wieder kommen allerdings nicht im August, fast 40 Grad sind für einen weißen Hai halt nichts…

Perfect Family Vacation

We were able to fulfill our desire to combine a relaxing and educational vacation in the booked apartment in Villamagna. The apartment is perfectly located, beautiful view of the surroundings of Florence, the proximity to Florence, the equipment of the apartment and the farm on which the apartment is located, as well as Villamagna itself let us enjoy a great vacation.

Beautiful countryside

Maria is an amazing host! Beautiful area in the countryside away from busy city. We were greeted by her and fresh eggs from their farm. We also had the opportunity to taste the fresh tomatoes and basil when we stayed in and cooked pasta one night. Farm to table! We just wished we had more time to stay there. Maria answered any questions we has about the area and was very kind in helping us with transportation taxi service back and forth Highly recommend this location. Thank you again Maria!

Rolig og trygt strøk med behjelpelig vert

Verten var veldig hyggelig og behjelpelig. Området var fint og rolig. Vi følte oss veldig trygge da det var bevoktet på natten. Kjempehyggelig familie. Leiligheten hadde alt vi trengte, og vaskemaskin og tørketrommel lå ved vertens hus. Følte vi hadde mye privatliv selv om leiligheten var på gården til verten. Alt i alt, den perfekte opplevelse om en ønsker å leve det italienske liv for en stund.

Fünf Sterne, ohne wenn und aber!

Wir verlebten bei Maria (und Leonardo) einen perfekten Urlaub. Der Empfang von beiden war sehr herzlich. Maria war stets um unser Wohlergehen besorgt; hielt sich dennoch angenehm im Hintergrund. Wir genossen die top ausgestatte Ferienwohung, ohne irgendetwas zu vermissen. Der große Pool ist bei heißem Wetter und gerade für Kinder die erste Wahl. Wir kommen wieder!

We had two fantastic weeks at this wonderful place. It is perfectly located. A quiet and peaceful place with a great view of the mountains. But still close to town and shopping. Very nice family that has this place.

Parfait!

Nous avons passé 4 jours dans l'appartement de Maria, fin mai. C'est un petit coin de paradis et la situation est idéale, à 20 minutes en voiture du centre de Florence. C'est un plaisir de rentrer le soir et de profiter du calme de la propriété ainsi que de la vue sur les collines toscanes, après l'agitation de Florence! L'appartement est conforme à la description et très bien équipé, le lit est très confortable. A notre arrivée Maria avait eu la gentillesse de nous laisser quelques fruits et légumes ainsi que des oeufs. Maria est très réactive en cas de besoin. Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour au sein de sa propriété et nous recommandons à 100% son logement! We spent 4 days in Maria's appartment, in the end of May. It's 20 minutes away from Florence, by car, and located in a really quiet place. It is really a pleasure to go back at the end of the day, and relax, looking at the Tuscany's hill from the terrace, after the crowd in Firenze! Maria is really nice and really reactive. We would recommend at 100%!

Idyllic Tuscan farmhouse with beautiful pool

This was a pleasure. The family are very helpful, the apartments are beautiful and the pool and gardens are gorgeous. Everything is clean and well-presented, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well-equipped. We had a lovely time.

Einfach Großartig

Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Der Empfang durch Maria fühlt sich, als ob man sich schon lange kennt. Im Appartement hat alles seinen Platz. Jedes Detail ist stimmig und lässt dich sofort fühlen, als wärst du ein Teil der Familie. Die Gegend ein Traum. Ankommen und sich wohl fühlen! Liebevoll und einfach schön!

Parfait

Nous avons passé une semaine chez Maria et se fut tout simplement parfait. Le domaine est magnifique, vous pourrez profitez des légumes du jardins, de la vue unique sur la vallée et de la gentillesse des hotes. Nous recommandons fortement ce lieu, nous y retournerons lors de prochaine vacances c'est un havre de paix au milieu de la Toscane.

Séjour inoubliable

Nous avons passé trois semaines de rêve chez Maria et Leonardo. Tout était parfait!! La location est tout à fait conforme à l’annonce, décorée avec beaucoup de goût, très fonctionnelle, rien ne manque. La literie est de grande qualité. Localisation parfaite à 15-20 mns de Florence. Maria et Leonardo sont passionnés par leur métier et nous avons eu le bonheur et la joie de pouvoir partager quelques instants avec eux. Ils nous ont parfaitement conseillé sur les visites à faire ainsi que sur les restaurants à ne pas louper. Nous pourrions parler pendant des heures des merveilleux moments que nous avons passé. Nous rejoignons un avis précédent, les paysages depuis la terrasse sont magnifiques, chaque jour un coucher de soleil différent, des couleurs exceptionnelles !! Podere Villamagna Space nous manque déjà...

Perfekter Platz

Buchung, Kontaktaufnahme, Informationen vorab alles perfekt. Keine versteckten Kosten oder andere Fallstricke, faire Abwicklung. Die alte Scheune ist sehr aufwendig, liebevoll und bis ins Detail restauriert. Die Ausstattung ist perfekt, wir vier (2x50 + 17/13) haben auch gekocht und wirklich nichts vermisst. AC funktioniert gut, was bei den sommerlichen Temperaturen sehr angenehm war. Überall finden sich kleine Deko-Details, wirklich sehr geschmackvoll. Der Pool ist groß, sehr gut gewartet, alles top.Das Grundstück liegt auf einer leichte Anhöhe (ca. 300m üM) und bietet einen herrlichen Blick nach Florenz mit sensationellem Sonnenuntergang. Maria und ihr Mann sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit, wir haben allerlei Obst und Gemüse aus eigenem Anbau genießen können. Vielen Dank, Maria, uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, gerne kommen wir einmal wieder.

Un p'tit coin de paradis!

Nous avons passé un séjour magique au coeur d'un paysage magnifique. La propriété de Leonardo et Maria est un endroit serein, à l'abri de l'agitation du monde. Un vrai paradis pour se ressourcer. Les lieux sont encore plus agréables que ne le rendent les photos.... Et que dire de la vue depuis la terrasse... comme un nouveau tableau de maître à chaque coucher de soleil sur la campagne Toscane avec Florence en toile de fond! Le gîte est très bien agencé, avec tout le nécessaire pour assurer un séjour parfait. Il est décoré avec goût. Maria et Leonardo sont aux petits soins et de bon conseil pour leurs hôtes tout en se montrant discrets. Nous n'hésiteront pas revenir !

Добрый день! Дорогая Мария, мы уже вернулись домой, полны впечатлений и очень хочется поблагодарить за прекрасный отдых! Ваша Azienda Agricola настоящее чудо. Мы даже представить себе не могли всю красоту флорентийских пейзажей. Иногда казалось, нас окружают декорации к историческому фильму. Нас встретили с искренним гостеприимством. Сама квартира оказалась комфортной,со вкусом обставленой и очень уютной. Особый шарм интерьеру придают и мебель, и фотографии, и всякие интересные вещицы...Мы достаточно много путешествуем, но, как правило,обстановка в домах отдыха банальная и стандартная. Сожалеем только об одном, что не удалось поплавать в Вашем шикарном бассейне, - было еще слишком прохладно. Надеемся в ближайшем будущем опять приехать в Италию и, конечно же, только к Вам!!! Еще раз огромное спасибо за время, проведенное в Вашем доме! С наилучшими пожеланиями и до новой встречи!

Posto rilassante e molto vicino a Firenze

Ho strascorso 5 giorni meravigliosi in questo delizioso appartamento alle porte di Firenze. Anche se era inverno il tempo è stato meraviglioso ed abbiamo potuto fare delle belle passeggiate nei boschi circostanti, godersi la bella vista dalla terrazza e visitare le bellezze toscane in maniera comoda e veloce. Ci siamo rilassati nella natura e abbiamo passato del tempo con i proprietari, delle persone davvero carine e disponibili che ci hanno fatto sentire a casa. Abbiamo solo un giorno avuto un problema con la luce, perché facevano dei lavori sulla linea, ma Maria, molto gentilmente, ci ha offerto di mangiare a casa sua e ci ha poi dato delle candele per illuminare l’appartamento…è stato anche molto romantico!

Private, Romantic Apartment in Tuscan Hills

This charming apartment is located in the middle of a lush Tuscan farm in the hills above Florence. The apartment is newly constructed, but is made in the traditional Tuscan rustic aesthetic with high-end interior design details and all of the conveniences one would expect (wifi, full kitchen, nice bathroom with shower, new beds, linens, etc.). The views of the Tuscan countryside from the bedroom are breath-taking, as are the views from the large terraces that come with the apartment, which are situated above the fields of olive trees, fruits, and vegetables produced by the owners. Also included with the apartment is the use of the pool, which is like heaven on earth in the summer months, and guests are offered full-access to the fields and other areas of the vast property. The drive into the city center is not far (about 20 minutes) and thus it provides the best of both worlds—easy access to city exploration and a private and romantic Tuscan experience. The owners are really friendly and Maria has been professionally involved in the travel and service industry in Florence for over a decade, so they can help with whatever needs and questions you have. Highly recommended!!!!
