The Terrace Under the Stars - Entire House

You will find yourself in a silent and magical place, you will enjoy the terrace (55 sqm) overlooking the hills, free from foreign glances, invaded by the morning sun and at night under a sky of stars. Near the sea of ​​the 5 Terre, Pisa, Lucca, Florence, Parma. The house is rustic but comfortable, on 2 floors, with a fireplace, books, board games. A few minutes away, a path takes you to a swimming stream. You can eat outdoors or in the dining room. Bagnone is in the Tuscan Apennine UNESCO Biosphere Reserve

The house has an independent entrance and is completely at your disposal. The double bedroom is on the first floor, together with the kitchen, living room with double sofa bed, hall, bathroom and terrace. Exclusive access to the house, to the terrace, as well as to the small olive grove.

You will receive the keys and instructions on how to use the house upon your arrival from us or from a trusted person present on site. However, we will always be available by phone.
The village of Mochignano Chiesa (or di Sotto) is small and cozy. Inhabited by a few dozen people, it hosts a good family restaurant, it is very close to the church, to the picturesque historic village of Bagnone, with the castle and equipped with every service, theater, some good restaurants, bars and a market every Monday. Last Sundays of the month: market in the village of Bagnone (antiques, typical products). For the CINQUE TERRE: ferries from La Spezia and trains from Villafranca (7 km). The sea and the enchanting views of the Gulf of Poets (Portovenere, Lerici, Tellaro, Montemarcello) are 50 minutes away by car. The whole Lunigiana is full of ancient and suggestive villages, woods, paths, karst caves that can be visited. In Villafranca (6km) swimming pool and tennis courts, shops, gastronomic specialties from "Punto e Pasta". In Pontremoli, medieval village and city of the Bancarella Award (21 July), museum of Lunigianesi Stele-Statues, Teatro della Rosa, cinemas, restaurants, boutiques (Palagi in via Ricci 14), pastry shops, "degli Svizzeri" bars.

Terrace that really is under the stars
Wonderful apartment in old building at the end of a cul de sac, with a large east facing terrace looking out over the Apennine foothills. Serena and Paolo couldn’t have been kinder and more helpful.

Lovely stay!
This property is clean, warm and welcoming. The owners are so thoughtful and helpful. The small town in which it is located is charming - with a Catholic Church and a cafe that serves lunch and dinner. A short walk down the road brings you to another restaurant, which is excellent. Do take the walk in front of the terrace into the forest where you will find a gorgeous stream and waterfall. Perfect place to soak your feet and enjoy nature.

Wunderschön!!
Wir haben unsere Ferien sehr geniessen können. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht und ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit und geben jederzeit gern Tipps zu Restaurants oder Ausflugszielen. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist traumhaft und die Ruhe tut sehr gut. Wunderschön ist auch der Wald mit den vielen schönen Flussbadestellen. Vielen Dank für alles!!

A true gem, what an amazing place.
What a pleasure it was to meet Serena and Paolo and stay in their wonderful apartment. They clearly care about their guests and went the extra mile to ensure we enjoyed our stay, even leaving us gifts for breakfast and a delicious bottle of Prosecco. The apartment was spotless and beautifully furnished, equipped and decorated. We were a little anxious as we travelled with our two dogs but they were made very welcome too. We had a wonderful time visiting local towns and villages, La Spezia, Cinque Terra and Forte Dei Marme for the fabulous market. We walked into town every day, sometimes twice - it’s an easy walk and there are several coffee shops in town that serve delicious coffee and croissants. In the evening we ate at La Lina (lovely) and Trattoria del Ponte, and often stopped for a drink at cafe Antica. A real gem was the restaurant in Mochignano just a few steps from the apartment, we are both vegetarian and the ladies there welcomed us and cooked delicious food for us which was amazingly good value. Would be go back? Can’t wait to visit again next year!! Paolo and Serena - thank you!

Tolle Wohnung!
Die Ferienwohnung liegt am Ende eines kleinen, idyllischen Ortes. Auf der wunderschönen großen Terrasse hat man einen Blick auf die umliegenden Berge. Dass die Küche so gut ausgestattet ist, und auch ein Geschirrspüler vorhanden ist, hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Auch die Waschmaschine haben wir als Rennradfahrer gerne benutzt ;-) Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, danke dafür!

Un appoartamento con vista panoramica, pulizia ineccepibile e soprattutto l'accoglienza gentile e garbata di Serena e Paolo. Sempre molto disponibili con una "coccola" di benvenuto all'arrivo con vari prodotti alimentari nell'appartamento. Pace, relax, natura e gentilezza. Sicuramente da consigliare e da ripetere, con vari Castelli da visitare nei dintorni.

Prachtig huis en stijlvol ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien Heerlijk groot terras met uitzicht op de bergen en een leuke ligging . Zalig gegeten op 30 mtr van het huis bij een klein restaurant De gast heer en gast vrouw waren aanwezig bij de ontvangst en spraken erg goed Engels. Ondanks dat het erg warm was ,bleef het in het huis heerlijk koel . Mooi gebied om te wandelen in de bossen met heerlijk verkoelende beekjes en watervallen .

Lovely place and lovely hosts
Lovely house in a beautiful location. Booking was really easy and Serena was great in responding quickly to any queries. The welcome when we arrived was also lovely. A lot of care and thought has been shown in making the place comfortable for guests. I would highly recommend this place.

Fantastisch verblijf onder de sterren
Fijne, authentieke antieke woning met een ruim balkon en een fantastisch uitzicht. Vriendelijke eigenaren, ze zijn erg aardig en behulpzaam. Schone en nette accommodatie, is pas verbouwd en ook uitstekend uitgerust. We hebben niet echt iets gemist. De slaapkamer blijft lekker koel, zelfs als het overdag 30° is. Erg rustig gelegen, volop gelegenheid tot wandelen, met een zwembeekje in de directe omgeving. Diverse leuke stadjes in de buurt, gebruik van een auto is wel aan te raden. WiFi-signaal is niet erg sterk, neem dus een extender mee als je dit wilt gebruiken.

Traumhaft schöne Wohnung - Terrasse unter Sternenhimmel
Die Wohnung in uralten Mauern ist modern saniert und perfekt ausgestattet. Es fehlt an nichts! Unglaublicher Ausblick von der großen Terrasse ringsum in die Natur, nachts vollkommen still bis auf das dezente und schöne Geläut der Kirchturmglocken. Wir haben auf den guten Matratzen sehr gut geschlafen. Auto ratsam: Schöne Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in die Berge zum Wandern und in die umliegenden Orte ( z.B. Bagnone und Pontremoli). Zu Fuß ist innerhalb von 10 Minuten ein Fluss erreichbar mit romantischen Badegumpen und kleinen Wasserfällen. Für Ruhe- und Naturliebhaber der ideale Ort! Serena und Paolo sind sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter! Auch die Verabredungen im Vorhinein haben perfekt geklappt. Iris und Klaus aus Velbert
