“Clean but pool was under construction and I wasn't allowed to get my money back to change hotels because I went through Expedia. Only reason I picked this hotel was because of the pictures of the pool and my kids couldn't use it.”

“Management Chaos and Extremely Poor Service (Stayed 12/26-12/27) My stay from 12/26 to 12/27 was highly disappointing due to inconsistent management and unprofessional staff. Upon arriving late after a long road trip, the front desk was disorganized and even asked if I had "already checked in," causing a 15-minute delay for no reason. I had specifically pre-purchased breakfast and confirmed the hours with the front desk, who stated it ended at 10:30 AM. However, when I arrived with my family……

“My first impression was, neat and unpretentious. Then I lay down. Bed & pillows were rock hard. I needed to do some work with my computer -- desk but no plug to recharge & only light was from behind. TV with list of channels but remote wouldn't access them. The coffee makers cord was too short to reach the outlet! And clean -- maybe not, considering huge accumulation of dead bugs in overhead light. Also, extremely weak water pressure in shower. Never again!”

“Front desk and breakfast staff were so friendly. Maid. Yelled at me through the door wanting in, after I told her twice I didn’t need anything. It was the yelling that got me. The shower was luke warm at best. The sink didn’t drain properly. It was clean and staff was nice though!”

“Room 14 at the end of the row. Didn't meet any staff. You let yourself in using a key pad and your phone number. Great to be able to park outside your door at this modern nearly renovated motel. Room was clean with comfy bed, great size bathroom and amazing ac. Didn' t find any ice for our complimentary water. If we stay again or for more than the one-night we would choose a room with a fridge. Great that we could just walk over to the restaurant for dinner. High recommend this place.”

“Excellent hotel. Best in Abilene, and we looked at several options while in town. Clean hotel, clean rooms, easy parking, helpful staff. Everything in Abilene is overpriced right now due to multiple AI data center build outs. However this hotel came closest to validating the sky high Abilene room rates. Would highly recommend.”
