「Beautiful location and the rooms are amazing with view of the beach!」

「The jacuzzi was out of order. The complimentary in-room water bottles had been opened prior to our arrival, and despite our request for replacements, none were provided. The beach towels were notably thin. Furthermore, the beach access point presented safety concerns. Finally, the television operation was not adequately explained.」

「Nice oasis right on the beach. Clean and comfortable room, very nice outdoor spaces. The patio on the ocean was great for morning coffee and evening sunsets. The courtyard was a nice shady retreat. Parking on the street was easy and close. The staff was great. 」

「Everyone we interacted with was friendly and courteous. Even the "nature view" casitas can still see the ocean, and we loved having our own private pool, although the hotel pool is beautiful, too. The adventure experiences with Jorge were highlights of the trip—we did an ebike tour and learned how to eFoil on the river, neither of which we'd ever done before. 「This was a lovely hotel. There were a lot of steps, not a problem for me. Parking was ok. Housekeeping did not replace dirty glasses or replenish toilet paper, we had to go to desk to request. As well as pool towels that we left on the floor after 3 days, they just hung them up. Desk person was very friendly and accommodating. Hotel has so much potential, however no pool bar/cafe operating, which would have been convenient for lunch. The Thai restaurant that was open for dinner was...
