“Amazing end to end experience from airport pickup to airport dropoff.
The airport pickup was on time and we were welcomed by a cold towel and a fresh coconut which was refreshing under the hot and humid Cambodia weather.

“This hotel is a bit far away from town, however, they offered the free ride service which is incredible! The staff there are very friendly and the bed is extremely comfortable. Some part of hotel is under maintenance right now. This could be very noisy and I made complaint twice and the staff kindly offered me the massage.
In general, I feel like some service needs to be improved - e.g. the housing staff will not refill the snack/drinks until you asked them to as well as no one will come to……

“Although the service was very good but the room and the overall hotel is kind of old. The bathroom has a lot of mold and stings. The air-condition has an old smell when every time to turn on. I don't think I can go back to this hotel.
The rooms don't have sound prove and very noisy everywhere. Also has a lot of big group tour staying such as from China & S. Korea. ”
