Your holiday house consists of 1 floor, 4 rooms (from which 3 bedrooms), is 110 sqm and can accommodate up to 7 persons. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. On colder days your holiday house can be heated with electric heating and central heating (gas). Convection gas stove + infrared panel + cooling-heating-air conditioning! The entrance leads over 2 steps and a 25 sqm terrace directly in the vestibule with doors to all rooms. The property has two entrances, both accessed via a patio, one patio is approximately 4m2 and the other 25m2! Step one! There are two entrances, one of which leads to the living room! The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Living room as intersecting room, 17 sqm, not heatable and with fireplace, lounge, dinette, TV, DVD and CD. The dinette offers space for 6 persons. You have access to the 30 sqm terrace with garden furniture, 1 table, 6 chairs, 2 sunloungers and parasol. Bedroom 8 sqm, not heatable and with 1 double bed. Kitchenette as intersecting room, 6 sqm and with dishwasher, (1 flame), electric cooker (ceramic stove top, 4 plates), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (180 l, freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. You have access to the terrace. Bathroom 4 sqm, not heatable and with shower, 1 washbasin, hairdryer, window and washing machine. Separate toilet with WC, window and washing machine.
Upper floor: Bedroom 12 sqm, not heatable and with 2 single beds, TV and video. You have access to the balcony. Bedroom 17 sqm, not heatable and with 1 double bed and 1 single bed, TV and DVD. Balatonmáriafürdő. The holiday home is located on a 367 sqm large, enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs, and trees, bordered by a fence and a hedge. The property is situated in the centre of the settlement, in a quiet environment!. Access is via a side road (paved). Parking (for 1 car) in carport and on the street in front of the house. There is an additional free parking space in front of the house on the street.
