Holiday home with air conditioning

The detached holiday home, renovated in 2020, is furnished in a modern style. The property is located in a holiday home complex. The residence is also popular due to its quiet and sunny location. For exclusive use are available: barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, swinging garden seat and courtyard.


Location
Balatonmáriafürdő. The holiday home is located on a 300 sqm enclosed garden plot with meadow, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) is available on the property.

Air conditioning. 1 air conditioner in the attic. Internet access (WLAN). TV reception via satellite. Programmes in German.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a smoke detector.


Dogs
allowed, EUR 5.00/pet per day.

Top floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed. Bedroom with 2 single beds.
