A beautiful home perfect for our family. Close to the marina and the shops with stunning views of the marsh. The home was wonderfully stocked and comfortable. Will definitely stay again!

Sweet Marsh View

Great property for premium marsh views and reverse floor plan! Perfect for those looking for sunny mornings with coffee and views as well as the magical marsh light at sunset. Not ideal for those who have difficulty with stairs. Highly recommended!

Comfortable with beautiful Marsh view

This was a very comfortable, clean house with a beautiful view of the marsh and easy and quick access to marina and market. Golf carts are like rockets! Lots of beach chairs. Bikes could use some attention. Lots of kitchen amenities. Very comfortable new sectional sofa too that wasn’t in the original pictures. Would definitely stay here again.

Great house, great views

Ibis Perch was a great place for 6 people to stay. Plenty of room, a well-stocked kitchen, and amazing views. The house also came with lot of extras like games, bikes, spike ball, and beach chairs. The only suggestion I have is to add screens to the two smaller bedrooms. We had gorgeous weather and it would have been nice to open the windows for fresh air but with no screens, we were worried about moths.

Beautiful view!

Overall staying here was a great experience. I loved the reverse floor plan and the house was well stocked with most things. However, the bugs were crazy. We have been to bald head multiple times so know a couple bugs are to be expected but we killed probably 40 little roaches and 4 biiiig ones. So another pest service may be needed. If that was taken care of it would be the best place that we have stayed on the island so far! The view of the marsh was absolutely beautiful which went along with the beautiful house!

Perfect for an anniversary trip!

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary. It was a beautiful escape, and the marsh views were amazing. We had trouble finding a wine opener, and the property manager brought us one the next morning. So quick and efficient! There are kayak rentals close by, the golf carts are in great condition, the bikes are fun to take out, and the house is in a quiet area.
