Holiday House Anna is located on the second floor in the main street of the village, ideal for proximity to each service and the tranquility.

The accommodation, tastefully furnished, has two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower, the other with a large kitchen and a bright and spacious terrace ideal for breakfasts and dinners.

The accommodation is equipped with air conditioning, washing machine, satellite television (32 "), microwave, toaster, iron and all you need to spend a vacation in the best possible way.

Ci ha accolto Daniele cordialissimo e gentilissimo La casa è come in foto, pulizia da 110 e stile d arredamento top! La parte migliore? Il terrazzino che si affaccia su tutto il golfo dove vi si possono vedere tramonti indimenticabili😍 Consigliatissimo!!

Aangenaam verblijf

Mooi appartement, leuk dakterras. Een praktische ligging, nabij een winkel, bakkerij, pizzeria, bars, gelateria en het mooie strand Balestrate beach. In de avond verandert het rustige Balestrate in een bruisende uitgaansbuurt, maar we werden er niet door gehinderd. We verbleven hier in het hoogseizoen met bijzonder hoge temperaturen, waardoor we, desondanks de airco, het appartement niet goed gekoeld kregen. Verder een aanrader!

Traumhafte Aussicht in guter Lage!

Wir haben als Familie mit zwei Kindern in dieser Ferienwohnung unseren Urlaub verbracht. Einige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt vor der Tür. Parkplatz nicht privat aber in der Nebensaison kein Problem. Wohnung war größer als erwartet und die Dachterrasse natürlich top! Alles vorhanden und Daniel überaus gastfreundlich. Danke !!!

Un logement très agréable pour les visites et pour une immersion en Sicile

Superbe terrasse et logement agréable et bien équipé avec 2 belles chambres et une belle salle de bain Bien situé pour la découverte de la région et implanté dans une petite ville typiquement sicilienne (pas toujours très propre), ce qui permet vraiment de découvrir les us et coutumes de ces gens toujours charmants.

Tolle Unterkunft

Wir waren mit unseren beiden Jungs für eine Woche zu Gast bei Anna und Daniel. Schon die Begrüßung war sehr herzlich und angenehm. Das ganze Haus und die Wohnung sind sehr sauber. Die Einrichtung ist modern und in einem top Zustand. Unser Highlight war natürlich die Dachterrasse mit ausreichend Platz und Blick zum Meer. Vor der Wohnung gibt es private Parkplätze. Direkt neben dem Eingang ist eine Bar, eine Enoteca, eine Bäckerei und sogar ein kleiner, sehr gut sortierter Supermarkt. Auch der Ort Balestrate hat uns überzeugt, von hieraus lassen sich viele Ziele im oberen Teil der Insel sehr gut erreichen. Herzlichen Dank an die Vermieter, wir werden gerne wieder kommen !

L'appartamento è praticamente nuovo, ben arredato, pulitissimo e con tutti i comfort. I proprietari molto gentili e disponibili, siamo stati una settimana in due persone e siamo stati proprio bene. La terrazza privata con vista mare è favolosa. L'appartamento è ubicato sulla via principale del paese e nelle immediate vicinanze ci sono tutti i servizi (panificio, alimentari, ristoranti ecc.)

Bon accueil de Daniel, appartement moderne et très propre.Climatisation dans une chambre et ventilateur dans l autre .Appartement bien équipé fait pour s y plaire! Très belle terrasse utilisable en journée comme le soir ( parasol, bbq, fauteuils, éclairage, parasol de plage) TB!!!

Absolutely brilliant apartment and people

This is a brilliant apartment, situated in Belastrate, about 25 mins drive away from Palermo airport. It is the top floor of a lovely house at one end of the main street in Belastrate. Car parking for the apartment is directly opposite the apartment on the main street. The following are within 5 minutes walk of the apartment - supermarket, bakers, cafe, restaurant, chemists, shops. The actual apartment is lovely - clean, stylish, really well furnished, everything working and everything you might need for a self catering apartment - cooker, fridge, microwave. TV has a range of satellite channels, wi-fi was excellent. Bathroom was lovely and clean and everything worked! Towels supplied for the bathroom, but not for the beach. Bed was comfy and sleep quality was good - we were worried it would be noisy because we were on the main street, but it was really quiet. There is aircon if you need it but we managed without it. The sun terrace above the apartment has table and chairs and parasol and recliners, everything you could want, and it was a real sun trap with great views of the Med :). The owners were brilliant and could not have been more helpful. This was an ideal base to explore north west Sicily and I would recommend it to anyone. Thanks Ana and Daniel!
