Apartment in villa in a residence, with independent entrance, wrapped in the fantastic well-kept garden that certainly "distinguishes" us, with a variety of plants, palms, flowers and a fantastic green lawn with an area equipped with deck chairs, where you can enjoy some sun

In the common area you will find a mini playground, a fabulous covered barbecue with adjoining wood oven, free car parking, a second outdoor shower, plus the laundry area.

All bedrooms equipped with sheets, overlook the garden and some partially with sea view.
The bathroom with shower will be provided with a set of towels. Even the very comfortable kitchen, equipped with cutlery, dishes and everything you need to organize lunches, dinners or have breakfast, enjoying the fabulous panorama. Living / dining room with sofa bed, overlooking the veranda and the garden, with a large window always overlooking the sea.

The apartment accommodates up to a maximum of 4 people plus 2 on the sofa bed.

The main airports of Palermo and Trapani are about 20/30 minutes away from the hotel.

The fabulous golden beach of Balestrate, well equipped with private beaches beyond the totally free part, is located about 400 meters from the structure.

The inhabited center is about 500 meters easily reachable on foot.

The position of the structure, close to the motorway junction, will allow you to reach within a few km, the most important tourist destinations, both seaside and of historical and cultural interest: Scopello, the Zingaro reserve, Selinunte, Trapani, Palermo, Segesta, Monreale , Egadi Island .....

The owners, not on site, but always available and available. There will be our fabulous and unmissable breathtaking "SUNSETS".
