"The apartment itself is very nice, comfortable, and well maintained, and overall we enjoyed our stay. However, I was a little disappointed by a few small details that I believe would have made a big difference, especially considering the price of the stay.There was a coffee machine but no coffee pods, garbage bins but no garbage bags, and no paper towels in the kitchen. "Our room was spacious and had a large bathroom. We had a view over the Piazza. The room had plenty of lighting and sockets. Breakfast was excellent and we also enjoyed visiting the rooftop bar for an aperitivo"

"The hotel was pleasant enough. Charming old building, decent room, very nice courtyard for breakfast and dinner. One complaint, we booked a taxi from the airport to the hotel through the hotel. When our flight was delayed and we missed our connection we messaged the hotel well in advance to let them know we would be arriving later in the day. Several hours later we received a message saying we would be charged for 75 euro and they would charge another 75 euro to meet us later that day. It then took multiple calls to eliminate the charge and arrange the revised pickup. The only explanation I can come up with is that they don't check the messages and so can't update the driver. But the fact that they attempted to charge us shows either contempt for their customers or complete ignorance. I would suggest just grabbing a cab at the airport when you arrive. All in all it was okay but would't stay there again."
