“The upstairs bedroom has a stair case, it really needs a hand rail. I would like to mention that it can be noisy late at night because it is located on a busy street.Over all David is the most attentive person and is so knowledgeable about Palermo. My sister and Friend and I would definitely stay there again. Close to all the sites. ”

“I stayed here for 10 days and loved every moment. Mariella is the perfect host: kind, welcoming, relaxed and very helpful. She was always at the end of a WhatsApp msg if you needed her. Be aware though that Mariella and her husband don’t speak English. But if you don’t know any Italian like me, it’s easy enough to use translation sites/apps as other guests have. “The house was lovely and looked just like the photos! We had such a lovely holiday. The pool and the seating area beside it were very relaxing (although there were a couple of broken chairs) and there was a kitchen area with most of the things you need for a holiday stay - fridge, oven/hob, dining tables, cutlery and crockery, etc. Host was welcoming and very helpful on check-in and throughout our stay. Electricity costs were extra, but this was well explained and clear from the outset. ……

“Einfach wunderbar! Die Ausstattung ist einfach, was man aber nach kurzer Zeit als angenehm empfindet. Einzig ein Geschirrspüler fehlt, was man ja aber vorher weiß. Das Haus war sauber und nicht muffig. Die Lage und das Grundstück sind perfekt - direkt am Meer, ein wunderschöner großer Garten zum Entdecken, in wenigen Minuten läuft man am Strand nach Punta Secca, einer wikrlich süßen Stadt, die an Urlaubsflair nicht zu übertreffen ist. Allesandro hat sich sofort gekümmert, wenn wir Fragen hatten……

“Tolle Lage und eigene Dachterrasse, in Siracusa eher selten. Top, Mini-Supermarkt gleich ums Eck, für längeren Aufenthalt hätte die Ausstattung (Abwaschlappen, Toilettenpapier) besser sein können. Nicht geeignet für ältere ggf. eingeschränkte Menschen, da sehr steile Treppen.”
