「It was absolutely enjoyable staying at this hotel with a spacious and well-equipped room. We loved everything it provides and will definitely go back when visiting Ballarat again in the future.」

「The fridge didn't seal-severely broken, The seal was filthy in the folds. The cupboard next to the fridge was lined with condensation due to the fridge working hard to try and stay cool - this made the crockery and cutlery all wet. That cupboard was also dirty inside. The electric kettle wouldn't fit under the tap of the bathroom basin (no other taps available) so had to fill it by the small cupfuls. No hand towel, no teatowel or detergent for washing dishes. One fork bent so it was almost...

「The staff are nice. The location of the motel is good as it is near the town centre. washing and drying machines provided for free use. Happy to stay here for two nights. 」
