Nestled just inside the historic Belleek Castle Archway in the castles enchanting grounds, this detached property offers a tranquil and unforgettable getaway.
Enjoy a short stroll to the restaurants, pubs and shops of Ballina town while also having the facilities of Belleek Woods immediately outside your front door, including, Belleek Castle, Forrest walks, Ballina Whiskey Distillery and the start of the 14km greenway to Killala.
The property is step free making it ideal for young, old or inbetween.
Both bathrooms come with rainfall showers with high pressure, the house is free standing and has a lovely back garden waiting for you.
There is a large water tank for hot water and a thermostat controlled heating system, that you can alter at any time if needed.
There is two large screen smart TV's in the house allowing you to log in to your favourite streaming platforms.
There is fibre broadbrand WiFi with a strong signal througout the property and there is also a broadband socket in the sitting room in case you wish to have a cabled internet connection.
Feel free to read and take home any of the books in the sitting room!
