「After a 6 hour journey we arrived at the Capital Zimbali but main reception staff denied knowing about the apartment. We discovered the apartment is let by a private host and the hotel are fully aware of this. The reception could not have been any more unhelpful. A security guard kindly escorted us to the Welcome Centre, where a gentleman telephoned the main hotel and patiently explained that we were trying to book into the suite.
