Guest Access:
There are multiple swimming pools and a communal deck overlooking the ocean (see the cover picture in the listing). Beach gate is the process of being completed.
Guests can check themselves in via a smart lock at the front door.
NOTE: Guests must provide a government issued form of identification in order to gain access to the estate.
The Neighborhood:
Ocean Dune is located in the newly developed hub of The Sibaya Precinct which is located between Umhlanga and Umdloti. You can watch the ships go by from the communal pool and entertainment deck.
Getting Around:
We recommend renting a car to explore all that the surrounding area has to offer. The unit has a dedicated underground parking bay.
Ubers are also readily available in the area.
Other Things to Note:
The apartment is ideal for couples or singles, but can also accommodate a child on the sleeper couch in the lounge.
