“The owner was VERY attentive, from parking to grocery shopping to restaurants for breakfast or dinner. Even gave us a scenic route to drive to Inverness that we enjoyed.”

“No amenities and no one to speak with. I received text messages & messages through Expedia from hotel, yet when I reached out in this same fashion there was no response. The property is clean. Somewhat noisy area, although close to most things. Not truly a hotel. ”

“A hotel which does not have room service. They should mention it on the hotel web page with so many other things mentioned. Staff is courteous and helpful. A restaurent which only serves breakfast and dinner is closed way early. So ig anyone coming in late.. eat and come or get your own food. A good location and clean though. Oh , the parking is a bit of a struggle - the connecting door to the parking building is not fixed for a long time , which is a disclaimer given at the time of the……

“verything was just right with the room and service, except disturbing noise for the band performance from the bar till 12:30 midnight .It was a very popular bar down down stairs wih crowds till then. cannot sleep before that.”

“Hotel was clean. Staff were helpful and friendly. It was very hot in our apartment. Air conditioning didn’t work, and had to open the windows. The windows wouldn’t open for us, so a staff member came up and opened them for us. One window in the bedroom would not open at all. At night because the windows were open, we could hear a lot of noise on the street. Don’t recommend if traveling with family or kids who need to go to bed early.”

“Hôtel definitely needing some TLC, no sockets beside bed for phone charging and seat at mirror too low to see into mirror for doing hair. Barmaid had an attitude and definitely needs tuition in cocktails as my espresso martini was one of the worst ever served up to me. Also overheard a customer ask for pinot noir and she tried to give them pinot Grigio! We were goi b to have breakfast in the morning but we decided against. Clearly a need for staff training all round in my opinion.”
