「Absolutely beautiful apartment. Great location across the street from the river for a nice stroll on the path by the river. It’s stocked with every possible amenity — even an espresso machine and ice maker. The kitchen is well stocked. The host is exceptionally responsive to any questions that may arise. Check in/out process was seamless. I would highly recommend for a 5-star experience.」

「No amenities and no one to speak with. I received text messages & messages through Expedia from hotel, yet when I reached out in this same fashion there was no response. The property is clean. Somewhat noisy area, although close to most things. Not truly a hotel. 」

「Extremely basic room. One might describe it as spartan. Superficially clean. Bathroom, bedding and carpets looked fresh, but the walls were dirty looking and the previous occupants half used bottle of milk was still sitting on the window ledge. Taps in the bathroom wobbled in the china. Bathroom ceiling showed signs of mould. No bedside lamps or sockets, cheap/tatty looking furnishings. On the upside the shower was very powerful. 「An older property but lovely place to stay on quiet street. Included continental breakfasr.」

「Hôtel definitely needing some TLC, no sockets beside bed for phone charging and seat at mirror too low to see into mirror for doing hair. Barmaid had an attitude and definitely needs tuition in cocktails as my espresso martini was one of the worst ever served up to me. Also overheard a customer ask for pinot noir and she tried to give them pinot Grigio! We were goi b to have breakfast in the morning but we decided against. Clearly a need for staff training all round in my opinion.」

「Hotel was clean. Staff were helpful and friendly. It was very hot in our apartment. Air conditioning didn’t work, and had to open the windows. The windows wouldn’t open for us, so a staff member came up and opened them for us. One window in the bedroom would not open at all. At night because the windows were open, we could hear a lot of noise on the street. Don’t recommend if traveling with family or kids who need to go to bed early.」
