“This is our second stay at the Carlisle Inn Sugarcreek and we have always been very happy with the beautiful hotel, unique Amish decorated rooms, excellent personal services, very good breakfasts and the beautiful location and surroundings. It is one of the best hotels I have stayed in after extensive traveling during my working career. It is also so unique to tour Sugarcreek and attend the annual Swiss Festival.”
“The hotel could use some updates a little bit of maintenance, but the staff was very friendly and helpful. The area is very clean overall it was a nice stay”
“Breakfast on Friday was great. Breakfast and staff on Saturday was not. I asked for Oatmeal at 9am, when Breakfast went until 10.. and was told there was no more. There were 2 kinds of omelets and 2 kinds of Sausage. Friday was scrambled eggs, potatoes, bacon and sausage. I guess they down the food for a full hotel. The room and front desk staff were great. Was weird to have to request a coffee pot, but they have them packed in a bag ready at front desk for you to take to room.”
