Overall I had a good night sleep, but the facility/hotel, showed signs of aging. My request for clean towels was not granted (2nd day).. There are no microwaves nor small refrigerators in the rooms.. the hotel is pet friendly and has good parking. There was a staff member (older male) behind the desk, in the afternoon, he was not friendly, I went to reactivate my room cards, he asked if I needed the two cards given at check in and i replied yes, he gave me the most evil look in the world.. spooked me a little... customer service is not everyone's strong point.

Located right off the highway, easy access. Room was very clean but dated, very comfortable bed. Amities advertised for a Standard Queen Room wasn’t what I got but the stay was quick. I would stay again.

It was a room

The room was very clean, though the air freshener was a little bit heavy.The wifi was strong and reliable. On the down side the bed was not the most supportive and the heater was difficult to work because several of the labels were unreadable so it was kind of guess work.

Water pressure in shower was very good, time for the hot water to heat for the shower was exceptional especially for being on the third floor. Room was comfortable and clean and quiet. Bathroom was very small but we managed. Liked there was an elevator, which we discovered on our own. All in all it was a good stay. Will probably stay again if in the area.

Rough condition. Lamp shades with holes. Bed spreads don't match. No coat hangers to hang clothes. Electric plug on bath vanity didn't work. Housekeeper rude to another guest. Observed her being surley when asked for a roll of bath tissue. No plug on bathtub. Rough area with individuals hanging around outside on hotel property. Desk employees were courteous.

Timo RedRoof is clean & desk staff is good. Facility shows its age. Very convenient for my purposes. Pretty far out if you want to go to downtown Balto. So take the Rail Car!

The properties overall appearance was not good, it didn't look anything like the pictures online and was not very clean but the staff was very accommodating so it made the experience tolerable.

Minus, not Plus

We have stayed at quite a few regular Red Roof Inns (we had a dog), and they were all nicer than this "Plus" version. The 3 receptionists we met were friendly and helpful, but the room was very worn and dated. It was clean, but there was a hole in the bedspread, baseboards were coming loose in the bathroom, and the shower head came through a hole in the sheetrock--no metal flange. There were no amenities, not even a hairdryer. One of the receptionists tried to get one for me, but had no luck. My husband went to the lobby at about 8:45 in the morning to get coffee. There were no cups, but the receptionist got some. Unfortunately, the coffee was at best lukewarm, and there was no way for the receptionist to make more. It apparently gets delivered, sometime. I would rate this hotel minus, not plus.

Good value for money

For me, this location was a nice place for an overnight stay in the area north of Baltimore, and very close to the Maryland State Fair grounds. It was well worth the money, and was clean and well kept. It is an older property, so there were things that could probably use a bit of TLC or an upgrade--but such things in my room were purely cosmetic. I had no complaints with the comfort in my room, or with how everything worked. I have stayed here before, and when I come back at about this time next year for the same event, I will gladly look to stay here again.

This was advertised as ev charging which is no where to be found. The stairs cannot be to code as there is one set for too many rooms in the event of a fire. The room was incredibly clean for the price but tiny. Paint was peeling visibly. And general wear on all furniture.

Kissing bug/stink bug in shower, otherwise surprisingly clean. Not particularly generous with shampoo and soap--one tiny specimen of each to be shared with a casual business roommate. Awkward. Always wonder about my safety when the front desk is behind (bulletproof?) glass. Comfortable bed for a low budget facility.
