“Located at a nice quite neighbourhood in the alley of main street. Room with windows on both side, bright and good ventilation, even fan not turned on. Easy access to most attractions inside the old city. Stable hot/warm shower after day of visit then get into the big bed with comfy pillows.”

“The host should be more welcoming on arrival, We basically received no greeting, only if we had a reservation, I found it rather strange, I would stay here again, but I would make sure he was more talkative on arrival.”

The room had no window/ natural light and was bare. We didn't warm to the style although I'm sure others may find it quirky and different.”

“The Hipster is a no-frills place to stay if you are like us and just sleep there, leaving early in the morning and returning at night. PROS: Near the airport. Quiet side street. Hotel staff were always friendly and helpful. Inexpensive taxi / tuk-tuk ride into the city. Comfortable small lobby area. CONS: Not in the downtown area, so you just can't go out and walk around. Very no-frills rooms, just a typically hard Thai bed, wall mounted TV and small table on the porch area. Bathrooms……
