A fun place to stay!

There are so many great features about this house. I didn't go five stars for 2 reasons. First, need to always do a major floor sweep due to sand. Its a beach house, so not a total shock. Second, the backyard was definitely a missed opportunity to make this house amazing. It was overgrown and needed some TLC. Only other odd aspect was booking through VRBO, only to have Vacasa running the property. The good stuff! Very well stocked with plenty of pots, pans, plates, towels, bedding, etc. The master suite is huge and very comfortable. The beds were all in great shape. Fun kitchen, dining, livingroom area. The family very much enjoyed this space. If you have young kids, keep in mind the balcony is accessed through the room with the bunk beds. Other major point for this property is the location. 5-6 minutes to downtown, 2 minutes to the stairs at Face Rock, and about 10 minutes to anywhere in Bandon. Very nice property and thank you for hosting us.

Stayed with friends, 4 people total plus dog. House was clean & comfortable. Comfortable beds & couches. Fully fenced backyard with direct access from downstairs king bedroom which was convenient for our dog. Roomy living room upstairs with large tv and large dining room table. Great location across street from a beautiful beach (must descend a few flights of stairs). Minutes drive into town for excellent food. Host was very responsive & dropped off new batteries for the tv remote within.an hour.

Enjoyed the Ocean Air

We had a fantastic stay! When we arrived the code we had been sent to access the house did not work. A quick text and a new code was sent right away and we got right in. House was warm and inviting when we arrived! There were 6 of us and I was a little worried about enough seating for all of us, but I was delighted to find 2 chairs that were not pictured had been added to the living room so there was plenty of seating for all of us! We all had very comfortable beds and bedding, master bed frame was beautiful but a bit creaky/squeaky (awkward! lol). The house was clean, comfortable, had everything we needed and we loved the tasteful beachy decor. Star of the show was the easy beach access right across the street, we absolutely loved it and spent a ton of time down at the beach. I loved making a cup of coffee and walking across the street in the morning to enjoy the fresh ocean air and the view. The neighborhood is so delightful. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great family friendly property with amazing beach access

We had a great time at this property. Lots of little touches like beach chairs, towels, and toys available for use that made our stay just a little bit more magical. WONDERFUL location... Would stay here again!

The location was great. This was our 6th summer rental and the most expensive in the last 6 years and the least impressive. The home was dirty. Dirty dishes, dirty towels, not enough towels, travel sized everything was provided which doesn’t last anyone a week in a home and we asked three times to get someone out to fix the spigot on the outside water to water our dogs and no one showed up. We had to buy our own hoses to hook up to the front faucet to water dogs and fill our cooking pots. The home is mediocre at best. I wouldn’t rent this home again.

Good house in a great location

This house was perfect for our extended family stay. The location is immediately across the street from beach access, and is the exact beach area that they do the circles in the sand. As some reviews mentioned, the ocean view is not as full as some of the pictures indicate (the picture of the full ocean full is from a drone, rather than the view from the house itself). We found the house, however, to have what we needed: plenty of bedrooms/bathrooms, a large, full kitchen/dining/living room, and perfect beach access for the circles in the sand. If you are going with someone who is not able to go down the big flights of stairs to the beach (as we had in our group), there are two ways to access the beach without stairs a little to the south.

Beautiful Location for Retreat

Not only was this home clean, the location was fabulous. I didn't expect the updated and chic design with such a reasonable rate! Beach access is across the street, and it's a quick drive to old town Bandon. There is plenty of room to gather around the table for meals too. The master bedroom is my favorite. The view from this high bed is gorgeous

Great house!

We spent New Year’s week here with small grandkids in bad weather and still had a wonderful time. The house is bright and open and offered plenty of space for everyone to alternately mingle and retreat for privacy. We had some concern about the Face Rock Wayside traffic but it didn’t intrude at all. Beds are comfortable and furniture simple but adequate. Thanks for an excellent stay!
