On the door, we found a welcome packet with a page inside directed to "Expedia Guest." A copy of this is attached. 「The property was well maintained but our room was never cleaned.Left at 9am and returned at 9pm and nothing was done. They claimed they had problems but we paid $200 a night and they didn't even replace the towels. The price should really be reduced for our inconvenience.I had to ask for fresh towels and I did get that.」

「We had a wonderful stay! The innkeepers were so friendly and helpful. It was fun to learn the history of the house, especially since the were so into the history. Donnie is an excellent chef and made a wonderful breakfast for us. We were only there for one night since we were visiting our son and he only had one day off. 「We needed a pet-friendly place for one night while traveling on I-81 and this Hampton Inn was perfect. It was an easy off and back on the highway, parking was ample and convenient, and the breakfast was actually quite good. There were several chain restaurants just a few steps away, so we didn't need to get in the car again once we parked it. If I had packed bathing suits, I might have enjoyed the small outdoor pool that was very inviting after hours on the road.」
