“The house was perfect for a little get away with the family. Had enough room for all the kids to have their own beds. Only cons were listing said about a dishwasher, a keurig, bee issues and check in was terrible. There was no dishwasher, but dishwasher pods there. There was no keurig, but a regular coffee maker. The host was fast at getting someone to stop out to the house to take care of the bee issues, but wasn’t able enjoy due to wasp still being all around. The check in process when asked……

“The condo was very clean and comfortable in a quiet complex. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the balcony looked into the woods with a mountain view to the right. It is exactly as pictured, and we enjoyed our stay very much. The road to the condo is also exactly as described - the typical steep, winding road to the top of the mountain, but in very good condition. The host was very helpful and quick to respond to my messages.”

“Great condo on the lake. Very convenient to restaurants and stores. The marina is footsteps away where you can rent a boat for the day. The view is excellent.”

“This place is not what it sounds like it is a joke we had so many problems and they did not fix one of them one was the refrigerator and we had kids with us they never came then we had bugs in our place ever came ask to talk to someone no one ever called it is done though Tex message no one is ever at the office and if you need clean towels they tell you to wash the ones you have please look somewhere else”

“I just recently stayed here for a 3night stay and it was absolutely beautiful! The pictures were the exact same as the place with a balcony view each morning! They have so much to offer in their kitchen as far as pans go or anything you really need to cook with if needed! We even left some spices behind we no longer needed! We didn’t get much use of just relaxing in the living room or even to watch much tv because your so busy being a tourist if your not from the area! The place was so cute and……

“The property was quiet and on a golf course. We often enjoyed mornings on the balcony with golfers playing. The condo was about 30 minutes from Gatlinburg but it was nice to be away from the noise and busy streets.”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at "Cozy Cub." This is a condo located high up on the side of a mountain, in a complex called "Deer Ridge Mountain Resort." The views are truly beautiful. One of the highlights of our trip was simply sitting on the balcony snacking on wine & cheese while watching the ever-changing mountains at sunset. Ed is a great host who went out of his way to help us with whatever we needed during our stay.”

“We spent a week here with a large group of kiddos and had a blast! We are a foster family with a lot of kids, and this little “staycation” in the mountains was exactly what we needed. We were a little sad that we had to drive to visit the outdoors pools, but ended up just utilizing the indoor pool/hot tub daily instead. And we’re just fine. The playground and picnic areas were within walking distance and very fun for our group. (There are lights and fans inside the big gazebo and this made it……

“Beautiful property and room. Couldn’t ask for a better view. Room was very clean and had everything you would need for a longer stay. The personal touches made you feel right at home. Perfect for a weekend getaway! Would most definitely stay again!”

“We ran into an issue with the AC and it was fixed quite quickly”
