2/10 Terrible

"Room 258 is disgusting. Broken door under bathroom sink cupboard. No knob on the tub to switch off shower. Water just squints straight out at you the whole time. Don't walk barefoot on carpet, your feet turn black. Door to balcony doesn't close tight. Water poured in during rain storm. Hotel phone didn't work or light switch on wall. The place is filled with the homeless put up there by organizations. Broken liquor bottles out back. Very bad conditions. They must of used a picture from 20 years ago. I never would of stayed in a place like that but being a holiday weekend I was unable to find other accommodations. I suggest you inspect these places in person before you put them on your site."

"Door Improperly hung, hard to open, sounded like it was lifting the metal threshold Strike plate completely missing Gouges that looked like a crow bar was used to open it Bathroom Reserved believing it was handicap accessible There was a tub, not a walk in shower. No handheld No seat I called the front desk and they offered a different room but we were exhausted and unpacked. They sent down a shower chair. Low water pressure Hot water at sink and tub, but warm from shower head Ice machine was out of order Room Carpet was wet for 2 to 3 days Edge of pillowcases were shredded After being gone the 1st day, our entry cards did not work. m. They had only been activated for 1 night. I had to go to the front desk. I let them know the room and our experience was far from acceptable. We did not request housekeeping after the 1st night, we used the do not disturb sign After the 2nd night we did NOT use it. They brought new towels, made the beds. The pillowcases were still shredded. WE took out the trash."
