“This is such a charming and peaceful place to stay yet it is so close to the shops in Franklin. Susan, the host, is eager to make your stay as perfect as possible. And I must say her sense of style is impeccable. Such a quaint little cottage. I recommend this rental 5 stars for sure!”

“The house was nice, the kitchen had most everything we needed. Outdoor lighting was really good, it was easy to pack in the dark. The beds were comfortable. However, there was evidence of mice in the oven and lower cabinets, and the gas fireplace did not seem to work. There were also some towels that had been left in the washer, so it was pretty smelly. I emailed the manager about the mouse problem but had not yet received a response upon checkout. Overall it was a comfortable place, except for……

“What a great place to stay for a weekend getaway. My wife and baby went while there was no water in the lake just to enjoy rural Tennessee and we could not have asked for a better place. We really appreciated how clean it was and felt. There is clearly a lot of thought and detail that goes into this home. Now we want to come back when there is water in the lake!”

“Just like a lot of the places in that area the roads around it are a little crazy but its secluded which is why we like it . Also the reason we always see Bears near the house.”

“This is such a lovely and warm home. It was perfect for our stay; the kitchen had everything we needed and the host even left us some homemade goodies! The beds are pretty firm, so you might need to pull some pillows from other beds if you need a softer feel. ”
